Memorial Day

Memorial Day is a day of remembering all of the men and women who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.. it is also a day to thank all of those who are currently serving and putting their lives on the line for our freedom and happiness.
I have so many friends who are military spouses and are currently enduring (or have already endured) long and difficult deployments... I also know several veterans and I even knew some military men who died while serving in different wars.. To all of those THANK YOU...
On this Memorial Day I will say a special prayer for all of you, the ones who have chosen this difficult path and serve our country proudly day in and day out, but specially for the ones that have lost their lives while doing so...and even though I am not an American citizen by birth, I am one by choice...Today I am proud to be an American and proud to be able to stand on free ground thanks to the many selfless people who choose to protect our nation.
