Alzheimer's Memory Walk

Today we participated in the annual Memory Walk, sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association as well as my job, so it was "mandatory" in some sense!

The walk was a 5K circuit in Coral Gables.. it was so much fun...

I got to walk for a good cause and also do some exercise... I was able to recruit some "volunteers" and did my part as an employee of Evercare...Also, the weather was beautiful and the scenery was amazing..

All in all, a great activity...
