We took this trip in February 2008 and we were lucky to stay with our good friends JJ and Erika Ayala.. a beautiful couple, who this year will receive the blessing of having a baby, after more than 4 years of trying to get pregnant... so... I have more than one good reason to remember this trip...

Ironically enough, that was Olivia's first time seeing snow.. I would have never thought her first time in the snow would be in Arizona, one of the hottest places in the country.
She was fascinated by it.. I love this picture...
These are our friends JJ and Erika...they drove us from Phoenix to Grand Canyon... such sweet people
