This week's workouts:
Tuesday: 15 min cardio, weight lifting 30 min
Target area: legs
Wednesday: 20 min cardio, weight lifting 20 min
Target area: arms (biceps, triceps, shoulders)
Pounds lost this week: 0

I just posted on your first entry about weight loss, but I wish you so much luck! I sometimes get up the ambition to run on the treadmill, but have NO TIME lately.... actually I have just been lazy;)
